Through our long term relationships with several local business leaders and real estate professionals we were able to learn about and take advantage of many development opportunities in the Niagara area. We have had a hand in many build-to-suit, commercial, industrial, retail and office ventures, and have managed to create our own development division.

We are always looking to expand our commercial real estate portfolio including land and property acquisitions, design build projects or joint ventures in commercial space with the right partners.
