About Miramar General Contractors
Miramar Inc is a General Contracting company based in the Niagara Region, established in 1990 by Graham Stockman and Larry Stewart. We are located at Unit 10 C Dunlop Drive in St. Catharines, Ontario.
The main focus of Miramar General Contractors is the Commercial Building Industry. Our clients come from many sectors, including retail, commercial, industrial, and institutional. We are capable of handling projects up to $5,000,000 in value.
In-House Electrical and Mechanical
Our Electrical and Mechanical divisions operate independently and provide many services for our clients. Our Mechanical Division employs licensed refridgeration and HVAC technicians, and our Electrical Division is staffed by a certified master electrician and licensed jourman. Both of these divisions enjoy working with our existing clients, we are also always actively seeking new clients.
Miramar Developments
We are looking for development opportunities as well as land & building purchase opportunities. We are glad to take on these opportunities outright, however, we would also consider joint ventures with the right partners.
Property Management
In addition to the Electrical, Mechanical, and General Contracting services mentioned above, we also provide Property Management services.
